Limitation of Liability & Agreement of Service
1. I release Perfection Shine from any and all liability and claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, as result of services performed.
2. I understand and agree that Perfection Shine cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable carpet or seat stains, irreversible paint defects, etc.) or odors.
3. I understand that Perfection Shine will not, under any circumstances, apply any chemicals, cleaning materials, and/or solvents that would knowingly damage any part of the vehicle.
4. I release Perfection Shine from any liability for any damage, visible or otherwise, prior to the vehicle being submitted for services and after the vehicle has been removed from the premises by the client.
5. I certify that I am the registered owner or have the full authority of the registered owner(s) of the vehicle being submitted to Perfection Shine for services. Perfection Shine cannot be held liable in the event an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for services.
6. I agree scheduling my vehicle for the service will be between Perfection Shine owner and an employee of Perfection Shine. Any scheduling conflicts will be resolved between Perfection Shine and the client.
7. I agree to make payment for any and all services agreed upon, either orally or written, prior to my vehicle being released back to me.
8. I agree that Perfection Shine will not be held liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
9. I agree if a refund has to be issued, Perfection Shine reserves the right to refuse a refund and a refund will be no more than 75% of the price paid. The amount will be at the discretion of the owner of Perfection Shine and agreed between Perfection Shine and the client. The refund may take from 5-7 days to process.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the
money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts
for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card,
refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. Perfection Shine reserves the right to refuse a
refund and a refund will be no more than 75% of the price paid. The amount will be at the discretion of the owner of Perfection
Shine and agreed between Perfection Shine and the client. The refund may take from 5-7 days to process. Perfection Shine has the
right to change the refund policy at any time at their discretion.
